Mr. J. T. 'Tom' Pegram formed Pegram Associates, Inc. in 1986 having accquired the Myrtle Beach firm of Riddle and Wilkes in 1982 and Mr. Wilkes subsequent retirement in early 1986. Mr. Pegram's hospitality experience is vast and includes his selection by the White House and approval by the Department of State to participate on a US Trade Commission to the Republic of China in 1984. This was in response to a request from China for a Four-Person team for which Mr. Pegram served as the Hotel Architectural design expert.

Pegram Associates, Inc. specializes in Hospitality and Resort design and has successfully completed in nearly two decades a total of 70 high-rise hotel and resort projects comprising 847 floors and 7487 units and over 0.8 billion dollars in development dollars.

All hotels and resort projects have been completed on time and on budget. Our record in this arena is a comfort to our loyal clients who we have continued to serve over the last two decades.
